Innovation in Action The Innovation in Action series offers ways of defining and then removing the barriers to creativity on both the individual and organizational levels. Leader Navigator This 360-degree feedback process is for leaders at all levels. It evaluates the leadership skills a successful leader needs. The individual report includes recommendations and resources to support developing or improving the leader’s highest-priority skill needs. Results can also be aggregated to look at group-level strengths and development opportunities.
